I don’t know about you, but I have one too many bad photography experiences. One of the worsts was for my son’s newborn photos — which I won’t get into details, but the whole experience brought me to tears. I was so disappointed with the time and money spent; let alone the finished product wasn’t all that great either.
When it comes to picking out a photographer, I am firm believer that personal referrals are the absolute way to go. That’s why I wanted to share how awesome Aissa Tendorf Photography is!
Aissa (pronounced ice-uh) is so passionate about photography and capturing memories that truly last forever. She is also a mom herself, and for me in this season of life, to have a photographer know the importance (and the challenges) of photo shoots with the entire family — including toddlers — is key to capturing some amazing images.
One of the most important factors for me is how quickly you can take that perfect photo. Prior to launch, Aissa helped Collin County Moms Blog with our group photos and individual headshots, and I was amazed by her ability to capture the perfect picture in just one shot — I am either really photogenic or she is just that awesome! I’d like to think it’s a combination (#kidding).
I’ve heard so many amazing things about her family, maternity, and newborn photo sessions from our own contributor team that I can’t wait for a special occasion just to be able to use her again for myself.
She is so easy going, pleasant to work with, and definitely doesn’t make you feel awkward. She is down-to-earth, real with you, and knows how to work with children and babies.
