Alice and her husband, Sean, live in the town of Fairview with their two active and entertaining boys Mason (Dec 2010) and Harrison (Sept 2013), and their crazy puppy Isebel. She grew up in Collin County and recently made the decision to move back to the ‘burbs from Dallas to raise her family. Now a stay-at-home mom, she previously worked in marketing for a Big Four accounting firm. She spends her time taking her boys on adventures throughout the metroplex, volunteering for their schools and organizations, and hunting down the best fashion and home décor deals. In 2016, she and her family packed up and took the 1,500 mile trek to north Texas, happily settling in Collin County. Amanda was a hairstylist in California, but is currently taking a break from the world of beauty to care for two young beauties of her own. When she’s not chasing after her kids, sprinting through the neighborhood with her high energy dogs, or vacuuming her house like a mad woman, Amanda enjoys exploring Texas, shopping, cooking, and catching up on her favorite television shows. Although she sometimes misses the palm trees and salty ocean breeze, she is proud and excited to call Texas home. Now 5 years later, she and her family are putting down roots in Collin County. She has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a graduate degree in Early Childhood Studies. She met her husband while playing intramural basketball at UNT. Ashley taught Pre-K and then was a trainer for a technology company until having her little one.She loves cooking, going for walks with the whole family and watching HGTV and Food Network. She loves to keep up with the latest tech gadgets and is the nerd of the family. She and her husband own pandachans productions, which specialize in video production. Ashley is always looking for the cool new places in Collin County and loves to eat and explore with her family.Ashley has lived in Collin County for most of her life, with the exception of the 2 years she spent working at Walt Disney World in Orlando. Now she's a stay-at-home mom and the Disney expert in every room she enters. She lives with her husband, daughter, dog, and cat. Jennifer knows a thing or two about kids & families. By day she’s a psychotherapist; by night she’s a mom and wife. Jennifer is a mom of twins who are sweet as sugar, but just hit that tween stage so all bets are off. Most days you can find her in her office seeing clients, doing laundry, loading or unloading the dishwasher, or catching up on the latest episode of Real Housewives of (Insert City Here), Walking Dead or This Is Us. She is a tree-hugging country girl from West Texas who reads, writes, and teaches about human development and families as a hobby and profession. Jessica graduated from UTD with a degree in Literary Studies and received her teaching certification from Texas A&M Commerce. She is currently teaching preschool in Wylie and finishing her MS in Curriculum and Instruction.Julia and her husband moved from Southern California to Texas in 2014. They love exploring their new home state and finding fun things to do with their son (born 2015) and daughter (born 2017). She studied Theology & Fine Arts in college and enjoys using that unique combination in daily life! They all moved to central Fort Worth almost 4 years ago and have found it to be quite fun and a great place for kids. Katie is horrible at social media but will admit to a preference for her Twitter timeline these days. Favorite uses for her phone: reading library books and listening to comedy podcasts. Katie and her husband are both Mississippi natives and alumni of Mississippi State University. (Insert cowbell ringing.) They started out with a four-legged child, Manny, and five years later decided they were ready for the “real thing”. Greyson was born in October 2014 and in April 2018, they welcomed a little girl, Taylor Elizabeth. Many of those days involving the balance of story time at the local library, throwing a thrifty meal into the crockpot during nap time and keeping up with her mommy girlfriends.Nadia was born and raised in Collin County and currently lives in Wylie. She is a former Kindergarten teacher, but is staying at home for the first time this year with her own little students: 2 year old TWINS and 5 month old TRIPLETS. Yes, you read that right, 5 children under 3 years old! Though her hands are very (literally) full, Nadia wouldn’t have it any other way. Sarah is now is a stay-at-home mom to her 2 babies, Everett and Winnie, and believes she was put on this earth to be a mother to teach love & kindness. Sarah is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and teaches Vinyasa & Prenatal Yoga in the Allen/North Dallas area.Tami was born and raised in Texas. Yee-haw! She currently lives in Anna with my husband (total hottie), two wonderful daughters, and our black lab named Dr. Pepper. Yes, she does have a degree in medicine. Besides working full-time and going to nursing school, she loves cooking, reading, hiking, and having dance parties with her family. She also enjoy yoga and photography…but let’s be real, she mostly enjoys sleeping in until one of her girls decides to jump or kick her in the face.Taylor was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she met her husband James. They lived in Arizona and California, and recently moved back to live in West Plano. They have a daughter (born 2013) and a son (born 2017)! Taylor was a stay-at-home mother for over a year and then returned to work as a licensed counselor in the mental and behavioral health field. She enjoys yoga, exploring the parks and nature preserves in the area, and eating Mexican food!Vanessa is wife to Jose and mommy to three loving, rambunctious boys ages 10, 5 and 2. They keep her busy in the best possible way. She was born and raised in Dallas and is a hard-core Dallas Cowboys fan. She and her husband moved to Allen in 2006 after finding our ‘just right’ home. She taught kindergarten for seven years (in Garland and McKinney) and after having their third son decided to become a stay-at-home mom. Aside from the three boys occupying her time, she's also a family, children, graduating senior, and maternity photographer at RC Photography.Whitney is originally from central Illinois but moved to Texas for love! After enjoying being a single twenty-something in Dallas, she settled down in 2010 and married her college sweetheart (the guy who got her here)! She has two sons (August 2011 and January 2013) and a daughter (May 2015). Whitney works for a major retailer in digital marketing creative, where she has been for the past eight years. She loves Dallas—the amazing friends she has met here, the Tex Mex, the bluebonnets, the arts and culture, the mild winters, and having lots of family, including her in-laws, one of her sisters, and her favorite uncle, nearby. Her passions include reading, sports, (daydreaming about) traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
