Katie resides in Plano and is a Stay-at-Home mommy who rarely “stays at home”!  Katie and her husband are both Mississippi natives and alumni of Mississippi State University.  (Insert cowbell ringing.) They started out with a four-legged child, Manny, and five years later decided they were ready for the “real thing”.  Greyson was born in October 2014 and has proved to be “a little Texas Tornado.” Her favorites include ANYTHING chocolate, SEC football, Netflix binge-watching, small town festivals, shopping the clearance aisle at Marshall’s, and throwing theme parties. You can read about her adventures, victories, failures, and everything in between on her blog, Two For One Wells.

Roxanna Robertson

ccmb-19

Roxanna is a wife, mom, and lawyer, fueled by cold brew coffee, Tex-Mex, and sarcasm. She grew up in Plano, called Denton home for 12 years, and moved back to Collin County in 2011 with her husband Mike ready to start her career and family. In 2012, along came their spirited daughter with her mom’s opinionated personality and love of being silly. Roxanna embraces the humor in every day parenting. She spends whatever time is left after asking her daughter to put her shoes on for the hundredth time cooking with her husband, enjoying patio time with girlfriends, and figuring out how to use Snapchat without feeling old.

Taylor Arriola

ccmb-16

Taylor was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she met her husband James. They lived in Arizona and California, and recently moved back to live in West Plano. They have a 2 year old daughter and a son on the way! Taylor was a stay-at-home mother for over a year and then returned to work as a licensed counselor in the mental and behavioral health field. She enjoys yoga, exploring the parks and nature preserves in the area, and eating Mexican food!

Amanda Krahel

Amanda was born and raised in San Diego, California. In early 2016, she and her husband, Shane, packed up the life they had known for over 28 years and moved to Princeton, Texas. Amanda was a hairstylist in California, but is currently taking a break from the world of beauty to care for two beauties of her own – daughter Scarlett, age 4, and son Hudson, a newborn (the first Texas native of the family). When she’s not chasing after her toddler, sprinting through the neighborhood with her lively Labrador, or soothing the sweet cries of her newborn son, Amanda enjoys exploring her new city and surrounding areas as well as shopping, cooking, and catching up on her favorite television shows. Although she sometimes misses the palm trees and salty ocean breeze, she is proud and excited to call Texas home.

Heather Jones

ccmb-23

Heather is a born and raised Southern California girl gone Texas, who has a strong love for her family, friends, coffee, wine, food, amazing smelling candles, and sunshine.  Heather and Sean moved to McKinney in January 2016 with their curly-haired, spirited, Lightning McQueen-obsessed, toddler son, Luc (joined the world in October 2014) and their obnoxious, Puggle, Teemu.  She is enjoying every moment of her experience in North Texas and building friendships that she believes will last forever.  A former advertising professional, Heather is now a stay-at-home, work-from-home (part time) mom, wife, friend, and follower of Christ, growing her faith each and everyday. She loves to eat and has a passion for cooking, but believes that there is always a little “something” to add to any recipe she finds to make it her own. She loves fitness and living an all-around healthy lifestyle. You can find Heather at www.happyandhealthymama.com and follow her on Instagram @happyandhealthymama.
